As President of Perspectives Training and Consulting, LLC, Bridget Wenman works to form a true partnership with her clients. It is her goal to help them most effectively utilize their most valuable asset, their human capital. Having extensive experience with professional assessments and a strong business background gives her a unique perspective in providing solutions for her clients. Bridget loves that each of her clients has a unique set of circumstances, challenges and goals and she works to become an integral part of their team. She has been an Authorized Partner for Wiley Workforce Solutions through Inscape and Profiles International for more than 18 years. Through these partnerships she has become an accredited facilitator in Everything Disc, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the extensive pre-hire and coaching tools offered by PXT Select, a Wiley Brand. She is also a certified trainer for the Authentic Salesperson Course, by the highly respected sales guru and best selling author,Ron Willingham. She has recently formed TEC 55, a CEO Peer Advisory Group in Central Wisconsin as part of the largest CEO Peer Advisory Organization in the world, TEC/Vistage.
After a successful career in sales and management in the staffing industry, Bridget created Perspectives Training and Consulting, a management consulting business that she has owned and operated for 15 years. Her primary focus is to help her clients achieve success through Executive Coaching and the effective design and management of their workforce. She uses a wide variety of solutions to help them define their culture, refine their workforce and increase productivity. The ability to provide her clients with keen insight in understanding themselves and those around them in a safe and fun atmosphere was a strong factor in her success.
Bridget has served on the Corporate Board of Directors for ESE, Inc., an engineering firm which specializes in automating manufacturing and processing plants from coast to coast. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication and Public Speaking from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Bridget resides in Central Wisconsin with her husband and 4 children. She is passionate about giving back to her community and has served on several local volunteer Boards including the United Way Cabinet and the Executive Committee for Junior Achievement. She has been a Keynote Speaker, Emcee and Expert Panelist for the Emerging Leaders Group and Executive Women’s group at her local Chamber of Commerce. She is Chairperson of the Champions of Business Annual Dinner which recognizes leaders in her community and is a major annual fundraiser for Junior Achievement. She was honored in 2009 for her community service work and business acumen with a nomination for the Athena Award.
