TEC was born in 1957 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin when Bob Nourse, TEC's founder, assembled a group of businessmen in a novel CEO round table concept. Today, TEC Wisconsin and TEC Michigan boast a membership approaching 1000 CEOs and Presidents throughout the two states.

TEC is a professional development group for CEOs, presidents and business owners. TEC creates a confidential environment for senior-level executives where members have no vested interest beyond helping each other succeed.

TEC PROGRAM DETAILS

TEC Programs are divided into two groups to help address the specific needs of our membership.

• TEC Chief Executive Program for Larger Companies (Annual sales exceeding $3 million)
  12 to 16-member CEO/President Round-tables that typically meet 9 times a year for a full day.

• TEC Chief Executive Program for Smaller Companies (Annual sales under $3 million)
  12 to 16-member CEO/President Round-tables usually meet nine times a year for four full-day and five half-day sessions.
